Museums 04. RAF(Royal Air Force) Museum in Hendon. (photos)

A bunch of scouts (I assume they're cubs) were there before us. Seeing scout cubs or guides always makes me smile, reminds me when I was a scout. :-)

"You wanna piece of me.?! Quack quack."

Obviously this one is burnt out after a crash. As we moved to the bomber hall the air has changed all of sudden - into very thick and heavy. There's a numerous stories about the ghosts in the bomber hall from the workers, hearing noises in nights and all.

Interesting stained glass work.

My good ol' British combat boots. I love them sturdiness + comfort so much.

The famoust Lancaster bomber.

Airport Crash Tender.! I've got a model of it made by Matchbox after seeing it in the museum. It's a bit scruffy and also have lost its ladder, but am so happy with my wee crash tender. :-)

And this fella is from the museum shop. Wanted to get a big rubber, but that was a bit daft after all. (looks like this: http://princessdianaremembered.files.wordpress.com/2009/06/diana_rubber_5b55d.jpg?w=323&h=209)
