The Day of the Dead (Dias de los Muertos).
The Day of the Dead can be found very similar to the Celtic tradition, Halloween as it is linked to the spirits, however it is rather a celebration for the souls of ancestors than a prevention of bad spirits like Halloween origins.
I have always found this Mexican holiday so much interesting although I haven't been to the festival itself yet. I love the costumes and makeup, and the decorations they make, the patterns painted on the wooden skulls.
